Return & Exchange Policy
Some of our products are handwoven; therefore, it may have some irregularities in weaves and can't be considered a defect. We can't give any guarantee on color fastness. Natural dyes like indigo will bleed during the first wash and we cannot offer any returns/exchanges in such cases. Slight color variation may occur due to the differences in the display settings of your monitor, tablets, and mobile devices. And we can't offer an exchange or refund in these situations. Please read the wash and care instructions. Damage caused by employing the wrong methods of wash and care will not be considered as the reason for exchange/ refund. If You have received the wrong product i.e. the color, size, or defective/ damaged product we can replace it, but it may be subject to the following conditions.

Please return the product within 7 business days of receiving it in an unused condition along with the original tags and original sales invoice. And the product was not purchased at discount.

We can't give an exchange or refund for a product which is customized as per your requirements. (i.e., color, customized sizing, additional embroidery, or a different pattern from the original item).

The customer will be responsible for further courier charges for returning or exchanging an item unless the product was received as the wrong product or was damaged.

Only one replacement is permitted against each purchase.

Please ensure that the return packets are securely packaged to avoid further damage to the product. The product will not be replaced or refunded if it is found damaged.
Once your item is received and inspected, we will contact you through mail/ WhatsApp to notify you that we have received your returned item and the approval or rejection of the return. If deemed fit for return we will replace the product. We do not offer refunds. The replacement items will be dispatched to your address in 5-7 business days. If deemed not fit for return we will send the products back to you.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order. All our dresses are made only after an order is confirmed, as we follow a made-to-order production process. Once the production process has started, cancellations will not be accepted under any circumstances. Orders that are not cancelled within the 24-hour window will be treated as confirmed and moved into production. We kindly request customers to review all order details carefully before placing an order.
