We are a make-to-order brand to minimize wastage, which means that only after an order is confirmed online does it go into production. However, we aim to deliver our products quickly, securely, and efficiently. All orders are processed from our workshop in Cochin, Kerala, India.  We ship through DTDC or Shree Maruti Courier Services for orders within India and through DHL Express, FedEx or Aramex for international orders. We also rely on the speed post services of the Indian postal services for delivery in selected areas. We ship on days from Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays. DOMESTIC SHIPPING CHARGES

A shipping charge of ₹60 per kg will be applied for deliveries within Kerala. For deliveries outside Kerala, a shipping charge of ₹90 per kg will be applicable. Please note that carriers may charge an additional sum to deliver at remote locations, and in such cases, we will intimate you prior to delivery. Any additional taxes charged by the shipping company will be borne by the customer. Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES

Currently, international shipping is not enabled on our website. For orders requiring shipping outside India, kindly reach out to us through email contact@junaastudio.com or WhatsApp +91 9645805857 for further assistance. Duties and taxes vary according to the delivery location and have to be borne by the customer. As the recipient, you are liable to bear all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country we are shipping to; payment of these charges is made by our logistics partner to release your parcel from customs on arrival. Please note that we are unable to advise you about the exact amount levied as duties and taxes, as this may vary as per the local import laws applicable to the destination selected for delivery. 

SHIPMENT DURATION & ORDER TRACKING

Once the order is placed, you will get an email / WhatsApp confirmation from us. The product will be dispatched within 15-19 business days. Once your order is shipped, we will mail / WhatsApp you the tracking number along with a link to track your order. Clicking on this link will enable you to track the status of your order. Junaa Studio shall not be held liable for any delay or non-delivery of purchased goods due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to flood, fire, war, or natural calamities. Delivery timelines are subject to external factors such as unforeseen travel delays by courier partners or transporters caused by weather conditions, government restrictions, strikes, or other unavoidable situations. We will not be liable for any loss or expenses sustained by you arising from any delay in the delivery of the products howsoever caused.

For International shipping, delay in delivery due to logistics issues within your country is not in our control and we cannot be held responsible for the same.
